Return and Refund Policy

1. No Return Policy

At BasicCovers.in, we ensure that every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Please note that we do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@thebasiccovers.com with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • After verification, we may arrange a replacement for the same product at no additional cost.

  • If the product is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund at our discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged/defective upon delivery.

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer. You must share your bank details with our support team to complete the refund process.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
