Shipping policy

At BasicCovers.in, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Partners

We ship all our orders through trusted courier partners BlueDart and Delhivery, ensuring reliable and fast delivery across India.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) are shipped out the same day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details of your shipment.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–7 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festivals.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur a small COD handling fee (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking link shared via email/SMS after dispatch.

6. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If a shipment is undelivered due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply if you request a second delivery attempt.
